Upload the .xlsx your employer actually wants and the export comes back in it — the same columns, in the same order, under the same letterhead. Until then the export uses a plain spreadsheet with sensible columns, which works but is not their form.

The mapping is a guess — check it, because it decides which figure lands in which column.

The three GST columns are more than the Wolfdene form carries, but they map directly onto what Xero and MYOB import, which is where a claim usually ends up.
